This is a great way to ground if you find yourself in the midst of anxiety or a situation you find stressful. Something I am going to be recommending for those I work with as part of a sacred toolkit of self-care and support. The hold/hug described here is very soothing and supportive. I am also going to be experimenting with the guided meditations as the three stage approach she talks about here leads to a meditation although anything that arises for you (it might be that you need to walk, drink, eat, dance…) would be perfect. There are just some voices that resonate with me deeply and the frequency of Jumana’s voice is one of those.
